    I ordered 3 keychains from Grindstyle. I received an email that a company called ******* would be delivering my package. A few days later, I received an email that my package had been delivered and in the email, were 2 photos- the 1st was the package, properly addressed to me and the 2nd was the package in front of a door that was not my house. I contacted ****** and told them my package was delivered to the wrong address. They requested photos of my house to prove it was delivered to the wrong address. After a few days, their investigation concluded that the package was indeed left at the wrong house. They then informed me I had to forward that email to Grindstyle who would then determine the next steps.I forwarded the email from UniUni to Grindstyle and was then informed that they would send me replacement merchandise but I had to pay shipping (again!). When I stated I'd rather a refund, they said No- it was their policy that only replacement merchandise would be provided at the customer's expense. When I used the link to pay the additional shipping- there was an additional replacement fee I would be charged. So even though I was at no fault for not receiving my package- neither company was willing to either refund me or replace the merchandise at no charge and instead- I was expected to give them even more money. As far as I'm concerned, both these companies **** and get an "F." (Unfortunately- you can't leave 0 stars, and I was forced to give them 1 star, that they do not deserve)
