    I received the socks and they were way too tight on the calf even though they were advertised as being diabetic socks and nonbinding. I immediately went to their website and put in for a return and refund. I received one email saying they received the request and that they would send another with further instructions. I never received that email even though I emailed them twice again about it and went on their website and wrote to them. Now when I go on their website to try to do the process again it says, returned on the item. All I want is to get these socks returned and refunded my money.

    We have provided with a refund in this case.   Our returns process should be automatic and apparently there is a misunderstanding or issue with our process that we are looking into.    ************************************************************************************************************************** question qualify for refund.

    I tried ordering socks from Bam Socks. They added items to my order that I did not request. I notified them via email at least 5 times and left 3 telephone messages, They also had the wrong shipping address and here again, I left 5 email and 3 telephone messages. When I did not hear back from them, I emailed them cancelling my order. The incorrect order was shipped to the wrong address anyway and then was forwarded to me from the receiving post office to the ******** ************ I was charged in excess of $ ***** for the mailing. I then sent the order (unopened) to their office in ****** with a letter of explanation and copies of all the emails sent to them. They did not accept the package and it was sent back to me. Although I reached out to them on at least 8 occasions, they made no attempt to respond or resolve the problems. They clearly want my money and refused to accept their unopened merchandise back.
