On 10/14/22 i sent and order and a check for $256.00 to Van Veen Nursery for 18 rhododendrons. Over the next 3 weeks I called them and left a message asking for a confirmation of my order and I emailed them. No response at all! So they have my check and will not contact me which is why I'm asking for your help.Thank you!Hi, 10/14/22 I woud like to order the following hybrid rhododendrons. This message is a response to a complaint sent by *************************** in October of 2022. I received a **** mail letter from *************************** for a plant order, but did not receive any email on my end in October. The piece of mail that I received did not have a plant list on it, just a request for a total of 18 plants with 3 each for a variety along with a check for services. A lack of plant list made it unable to move forward with any order. I have attached a copy of what was sent for reference.
Unfortunately, we do not take payment upfront, as shipping costs always fluctuate based on weight and distance, thus we generally collect payment once the customer receives their plant order and are satisfied with the shipment. I reached out to apologize for the delay in inquiry about *****'s order as it accidentally got filed under a stack of other orders in the midst of a busy October. I let **********;know that we had voided and shredded his check and had discussed moving forward with a new order, to which he was satisfied with.Van Veen Nursery *** apologizes for any confusion on our end and look forward to doing business with ***** in the future.
