    I ordered a J ************************************ comforter on March 27, 2023. There was no reply, no shipment, nothing. After I read pages and pages of the Diamond review of complaints, I realized this company is purely a SCAM. Someone used a WY phone number to create a fake company that will take everyone's money and not ship any product.The phone does not work, the emails are not returned. Someone decided to use the *** criminal system in ** to create a fake company to steal money with no intention on ever sending a product. Someone needs to go to jail.

    I ordered a comforter set from Legend Bedding on January 29, 2023. My account was debited the same day. I have not received my comforter set. I reached out via email to them and they did respond on March 8, 2023 saying they would look into it.(SEE BELOW) I have not received a response. When I call the number on their website, it has been disconnected. I would like my money back.     I ordered the ** Queen *** York Maribella 4-Piece Comforter Set in king size on January 17, 2023. My account was debited on this same day for $176.25. I have not received my order or any confirmation of a delay in shipment. I have emailed several times, and tried to call the number that was provided on the website. I have not heard from anyone about this purchase. Please help. Thanks *******************************

    Compliant Details:Jan. 2, 2023 - Ordered the *********************** Domino Comforter Set with Bed Sheets in Blue, Full MPE10-962, and paid $45.00 USD via credit card.The site indicated that I had to download an app to track my package. However, the site did not provide a tracking number only the order#. After downloading the app, the status only read Ordered.Jan. 11, 2023 - I have not received my order, and the order status in the app has not changed. I sent an email to **************************************************** which was listed as the point of contact in my email confirmation. At that time, I asked for order cancellation and a refund since it had been more than ************************* delivery. The bedding set was supposed to be a gift.RESPONSE FROM: ***********************(****************************************************) on Jan. 11, 2023, at 11:54 pm ET, Expected delivery is next week FOLLOW-UP: Jan. 21, 2023 - I again asked **************************************************** for order cancellation and a refund since it had been more than ************************* delivery. OUTCOME: As of Jan. 27, 2023 - I have not received a response, a delivery, or a refund.
