    I bought this car brand new 2023 Acura TLX with only 9 miles on it. My wife was driving back home after dropping me off to work and all kind of codes came up on the dash board and my wife couldnt move the car. Dealership towed to their shop and kept it for about 4-5 days and car was giving back to me. So that was the first time I told the dealership I would look into filing for the Lemon Law since I dont feel safe due to all the safety codes it gave my wife last time. So today after I get out of car my wife put in drive and all the same codes came up again. So I parked the car and took pictures and called ***** at dealership and told them what it was doing. So they towed it again to their shop and now Im on my way to get another loaner car. So Im asking for your help to resolve this situation by helping me file a lemon law claim due to the car not been safe. I would like my down payment back and be able to go get another car from a different brand cause I dont trust Acura anymore.

    AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I had a terrible experience at this service department. Also a terrible experience with the *** I purchased as within a couple of months the electronics in the car started going haywire, Dick Hannah dealership performed diagnostics on the car and initially told me that they had received bulletins that there was an electronics problem with some of the ***s and they may be able to do a fix for this. They then retracted this and said that Acura "sent us an email this morning" saying the problem needs to be able to be replicated to do the fix. After spending almost $50,000 on this car months ago I continue to have the problem that is getting worse *(the entire screen went black and I lost navigation recently). I was unimpressed with the attitude of the service technicians at this dealership and would not return.
