I went to Open Advanced *** in Portland, on July 15, 2025, to have an *** of the Abdomen done with and without contrast. I was lied to and told they no longer took ******** starting the beginning of July. I scheduled the *** due to my claustrophobia and paid $200 over the phone. When I arrived mid-July, I paid the remaining $750 and signed paperwork before the ***. I called to ask a question after the *** and was told ******** would no longer be accepted beginning the END of July!!!! I asked for the *** to be billed to ******** since I came in mid-July for thr ***, and I was told ******** wasn't accepted starting the beginning of July, NOT beginning the END of July which is when it would no longer be accepted, but I was told I signed paperwork agreeing not to ask for re-imbursement and was given the owner's name, ******* *****, and his email to email him about this. He DID NOT respond and had his business department respond instead to say no since I signed the paperwork saying I would not look for re-imbursement. I TRUSTED Open Advanced *** when they said they no longer accepted ******** when I made the appointment and had my *** done!! I appealed to ********, but they did not accept my appeal since they said the business needs to send it into them. Furthermore, another part of this complaint is the quality of the *** was noted in further testing through a CT scan checking for cancer indicated the "quality and lack of dynamic *** on outside study make comparison difficult", so the quality of the *** I spent $950 was poor quality!!! This *** should have been crystal clear especially since I was charged this much money!!! I had trusted this company when I was told ******** stopped being accepted at the beginning of July and expected a great quality *** and honesty about when they stopped taking ********. Open Advanced *** should refund my money and bill ******** since they were still taking ******** when my *** was done and the quality of the *** was so poor.

July 12, 2024 appt at Open MRI of Portland. Day before I am told to pay $225 copay at visit. Not *** accessible- heavy doors/no accessibility buttons. Had my adult daughter not been there I would not have been able to enter. Man at desk didn't look up. Filling out paperwork, I dropped ******** didn't offer to help. Previously had closed MRI at ****************************, OR for right thigh injury. I was told I needed an "Open MRI". Facility IS NOT TRUE OPEN MRI. How do they expect a person to lift up injured body part with no help. Would not provide a wedge to prop me up & I couldn't breathe & unable to complete MRI. I should not be charged. They comes across as money motivated not caring Adult daughter witnessed incident
