    I hired College Hunks to move my fianc from ******, ** to ********, OR. After estimate of packing her and moving I agreed to cost. I paid $5625.34 for the move of approximately 90 miles. *** following are my complaints:1. Packing, loading truck and delivery was not done as explained. Not all items were packed and loaded causing me to have to load an SUV 4 times and drive back and forth to finish the job. Explanation on site was that the truck was full.2. No inventory done by company and given to us. This makes it impossible to make claims 3. Packing was terrible. Things thrown in boxes with no labeling that was even remotely correct.4. Bed was delivered and put together incorrectly on the frame. When lain on it became obvious. Someone could have been hurt.I have called twice for resolution and to speak with the owner. Was given to two different people who offered no solution except write out what is wrong and submit it. Someone from company should have come out and looked.

    [************] I'd actually like to offer them 0/5 stars. Do not use this company. They have absolutely terrible service. They told me they could help assemble a bunk bed at the time of estimating, but upon arrival told me they could not due to liability. One of the crew members had complete disregard for our property. He damaged two door frames and a window frame and chipped the corner of a $450 nightstand. What's worse is they barely owned up to their mistakes and showed little to no remorse for their actions. I actually had to find the damages on my own and report them since they were going to turn a blind eye; they were not going to say a thing about the damages they caused. Further, I had to pay the complete invoice at over $500 for their services before I could even pursue a claim for the damages. Their General Manager said "Our company almost never has damage claims like this..." though I've read many customer reviews post-service that validate the opposite. They initially offered me $150 refund for all the damages and would refer me to local furniture repair companies for the nightstand. I was able to negotiate for $300 refund, but had to ask twice before they finally confirmed they would not be paying for the furniture repair portion. Rather, the refund was intended to cover ALL of the damages to the house AND the furniture. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to share my experience so that others do not fall victim to them. They treat their customers with the lowest level of care and lack integrity. Hiding their errors only demonstrates their utter disregard for their customers and their customer's personal property.

    We always strive to provide our customers with the best service possible and were truly sorry we did not leave you completely satisfied. We have reviewed your job and the pictures of the damage reported after the job was completed. Damages like this are extremely rare and are very unfortunate when they take place. The portion of the job related to the labor services of moving your furniture was a total of $250 dollars and the removal of your unwanted items totaled $255. We understand that you are requesting a full refund of the job and for the damage to be repaired but we did provide all services you hired us to complete. We are happy and willing to compensate you for the damages. Your input was greatly valued during our negotiation of the damage claim payout discussion. As you discussed with the General Manager 300 dollars was agreed upon for this compensation payout which is more than was paid for the labor services of the job. We do truly believe that $300 dollars is adequate to repair the one end table and the wall damage. We want you to know that our team takes all feedback seriously and were truly sorry you did not have a better experience.
