              A shipment valued at over $22K was picked up by TForce Freight on June 29th 2023, arrived at their ************** facility on June 30th and has have never been seen or scanned again 25 days later. I have tried to contact TForce via their "contact us" link on their website with no response at all, opened multiple cases over the phone and eventually insisted that the case get escalated into an investigation. Over the course of the last month, the only communication from TForce is the three times the local terminal in ************** has called to schedule a delivery that never shows up. As of 7/24/2023 it still has not been scanned since 6/30/2023 in ********. I have been on the phone with TForce almost daily and was just informed that my investigation case ******* was closed but no resolution provided. I was just on hold with TForce **************** for 25 minutes while the agent tried to contact anyone with information and then the agent simply disconnected the call. It appears the shipment has been lost and TForce is not willing to admit or remedy the situation in any way.PRO Tracking #********* Bill of Lading #*********

              The company I am a supervisor for is awaiting a much needed windshield they have it at a wear house 1.5 hours away. They are refusing to deliver it until they have more items down in our area. We have paid the shipping cost for this item and need it asap for DOT inspection. Thankfully my mechanic is resourceful and was able to get another company to go get it and deliver it to us. The customer service representative was extremely rude to my mechanic as well we will never do business with this company again.
