During this conversation, ******** took the time to fully understand the reason for my call, gave me clear responses to my questions, and then provided me with the appropriate email address so as to be able to follow-up accordingly. Throughout the entire conversation, ******** proved to be courteous, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring I had a positive experience. This allowed me to help my painting contractor take advantage of a forecasted period of warm and sunny weather. Highly effective teams are hard to find, but are tremendously valuable when discovered. That has been my experience with ****** *. and ***** *. at Association Management Services ***** is one thing to have competent, effective, and professional support when trying to manage an HOA. But it is quite another when the relationship is more like a team. This enables so much more to be *************** our Board President, I have daily interaction with ****** and *****. Personally, it is comforting to simply know an action will be carried out if promised. For fellow boards who have not had that experience, you know the frustration of frequent ***** getting dropped.But not here.
