    I had an issue with a Kraken Kratom order recently, where Kraken sent me the correct amount of tablets, but in wrong form. I ordered Platinum tea tablets which can be swallowed whole or chewed. I received the soft-gel form of these. I brought it to Kraken's attention. they told me to keep the tablets I had and without question, they promptly sent out the entire amount of tea tablets in the correct form that can be either chewed or swallowed. The amount of tablets in the order was over $100. They will be my top go to retailer of kratom for ever more! *****

    In a world where 99% of customer service personnel are rote and uninformed and unable to process information, this company gives 200%. No being routed through numerous people - if you need help, or something needs to be corrected on an order - not only do you receive the correction, they absorb shipping costs. I received free product, a very cool tumbler, scarf, stickers, and other items. How REFRESHING to deal with a company that operates with integrity, IN *******. What a lovely experience.
