            We selected Portland Construction Solutions to do the repairs on our home in ********* ,**. *********************** was the project manager assigned to our job. There two (2) change order to the job 1. a water line connection and 2. Flooring in place of carpet. Because of these changes we were told by our project manager that we would receive a refund. I called Portland Construction on 8-25-23 to insure that they had received the final payment and informed them that we had not received our payment receipt nor our refund. In speaking with ****** manager *********** was told. That I woul not be receiving any anv refund from Portland Construction, can you help me?

            Travis was our project lead and I cannot say enough good things about him! He worked hard to make sure our project was done properly and his team is all very professional and easy to work with. His experience in construction was very obvious - he knew all aspects of the work that was performed - even the work that was sub-contracted. The office staff was amazing as well - very helpful and available. I was always able to reach someone (including Travis) when needed. Great company!

            This customer's home had been damaged by water, and Portland Construction Solutions completed repairs to the living room, kitchen and laundry room. It's great to hear that the homeowners were happy with Project Manager Travis Greiner's skill and breadth of experience, and that they found PCS staff and its subcontractors to be helpful, professional and available.
