    Getting my money back and returning this faulty item. On April 25, 2022 I purchased a sectional sofa by ********************************* from Euroclassic Furniture in ******** ****** on the day of delivery. We noticed the sections did not line up. I mentioned it to the people who delivered it and they told me it would settle in is as we used it. I expressed my concern and re-requested they take it back to the store. They told me they couldnt do that and to just give it a while and it would line up fine. I figured they knew what they were talking about so I didnt push it any further well, it never lined up in the materials used to shape the items Started to shift and deform the look of the sofa. I called Euroclassic Furniture and they told me they would contact someone at ****** to repair the problem after not hearing from them until I contacted them in June **** I called them and demanded my money back or an exchange, and they refused!! repairs were not completed until November **** and at that time the fabric they used to repair it did not match the rest of the couch! I called and of course I was put off again. They said I had to deal with ****** and not them and getting in touch with ****** is not possible. Ive sent pictures to them numbers they ask for and they just keep putting me off, they didnt even see this piece of junk before they delivered it to us. it came directly from the boat in ********** still in the boxes. Im so upset the treatment I received from Euroclassic Furnitures horrible.! They never even inspected the ******************** before it was delivered to me. I just want my money back either through Euroclassic Furniture or Ashley ******************** and have them come and take this piece of c*** away. All I want are some answers they just keep putting me off. Im not sure why, Ive done everything theyve asked and they still continue to refuse my request! I am so done with both these companies. Please help me in any way you can. The ******************** is still under warranty
