    Purchased tickets to scooped ice cream festival Hillsoboro on 25 June 2024. On 15 August event organizers, via email, cancelled event and promised to issue refunds. On 16 September I contacted, via email, ***** tickets stating that I had not received my refund; no response received. In conjunction with my email, I visited the scooped ice cream festival's instagram post announcing the event cancellation and left a comment asking if anyone else had not received their refund. On 17 September I received an email from Treadway events ,via afton, stating that my refund had been processed. On 27 September at 0920, I again emailed afton stating I had received no refund. I subsequently went back to the event's instagram post and learned that another patron had received the same 17 sept email and had not received a refund yet. At 1052 on 27 September afton tickets responded by simply stating that my refund had a been processed on 17 September and was it was now "going through [my] bank." ******** *****, has so no record of any refund being issued. Further attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful

    We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.

    In mid-August 2024, this event was canceled and all ticket holders were issued refunds through our ticketing system. The customers order was included in this batch of refunds. We communicated this directly to her on multiple occasions via email and social media messages, and also provided a screenshot from our system showing the refund as processed on September 17, 2024.

    Once a refund is processed on our end, it is transmitted to the payment processor and then to the customers bank. We do not have control over the timeline or internal processing of the customers financial institution, nor can we reverse or redirect a refund to a new card or account if the customers banking information changed after the purchase date. This possibility was explained, as changes to an account or card can cause delays or rerouting within the banks internal systems.

    We have not received any notification from our processor indicating a failed or returned transaction for this refund. In similar cases where a customers account information has changed, the funds are typically held by the bank until claimed or automatically applied to the new account once the banks internal processing is completed.

    Despite our effortsincluding direct communication, proof of refund processing, and follow-upswe are unable to issue an additional payment, as this would duplicate the original refund already released. We have encouraged the customer to work directly with her banks claims department to trace the transaction, as they can locate it using processor transaction IDs.

    It is also relevant to note that the customer has a documented history of chargebacks and payment disputes for other unrelated events, which suggests there may be an ongoing issue with her payment method or bank account processing that is outside our control.

    As a gesture of goodwill, we have offeredand continue to offerthe customer complimentary admission to a future event of equal or lesser value, should she wish to attend.

    In summary:
    - Refund for this order was processed on September 17, 2024.
    - Proof of refund was provided to the customer.
    - We have no record of a failed transaction.
    - Any delays or missing funds at this point are a banking issue outside our control.
    - A complimentary admission to a future event remains available to the customer.

    We have acted in good faith to resolve this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: As previously stated, your screen shot was an unprofessional portrayal of a $0.00 refund.  ******** widely used and accepted wellsfargo, had no record of any such refund.  Treadway is well aware that multiple patrons never received refunds and continue to take active steps to hide, delete, and silence those who come forward on their social media pages.  Complementary admission was never offered, nor desired.  I have included screen shots of their worthless proof of refund and non-responsiveness.  Their attempts to slander my financial reputation are a feeble attempt to draw attention away from their own negligence and unprofessionalism.  Treadway's blatant disregard for fiscal responsibility can also be seen in their inability to respond BBB complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
