Horrendous Customer Service!On 11/10/2022, I requested an email address to send a letter of complaint to and as of today (11/15/2022), I still have not received a response. This doesn't include the non-responsive phone calls/emails submitted prior:-----------------Thu 11/10/2022 8:52 AM This email is being composed to issue a complaint about your servicesTowards the end of this October, I expressed interest in a job you had on your website (Reference number US_EN_99_173860_2006180 - Product Specialist) and received a confirmation that I applied and someone would contact me.Days later, I didnt hear from anyone and contact the *********** office without a callback, so I found another office in Wallingford and spoke with ********* who indicated that the ******** office handles this job posting and said she would contact that office and have someone get in touch with **** contacted the ******** office myself after not receiving any phone call or email regarding the position and was told that a representative would contact me. Here it is a few weeks later and NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME YET REGARDING THIS JOB.The incompetency of your company is not to be tolerated multiple individuals dropped the ball and didnt make follow-*** or had the decency or respect of contacting me to keep me in the loop of communications. I still see the job/position is available and when I log in, I see a notice that I applied for the job.Do you wish to create excuses for your representatives or are you going to assume responsibility for your incompetency?I am still interested in this position, but if you dont care enough to communicate with me, then maybe this warrants public attention.*******,*************************
