Terrible decision to hire Reynolds, cost around $7000 to be told to take a diversion and still invite many fines. Then they suggested Intoxalock for the ignition interlock device I was required to get, have not been helpful with any of the steps Ive had to take. They seem to be in bed with the state and are just part of the money grab, that is all the state or this defense firm care about is the money they receive from peoples hard times, they dont care about lessons learned, or if something went wrong to cause the situation you may be in such as a vehicle malfunction, they just want your money.

Reynolds is a firm that stands out amongst the rest for their top care about your intrinsic motivators to move past your DUI. It's not just legal representation, it's a tribe of professionals that are there to get you where you want to be in life. Great representation, cares immensely and their communication is top notch.

????Do not hire this firm!! $7,000.00 to plead guilty, receive 2 years felony probation, 10 days work crew $2,500 in fines. Then their attorney ************************* dropped my ball not once but twice. I was in custody waiting for my court appointment by phone ,the time came and the time went. He failed to show up for court. His assistant called in for him and smoothed it over because we contacted them wonder why I wasn't able to connect with court by phone from jail. So I waited another week . Then he talked with prosecutor who was will to take a guilt plea and probation and talked her into the 10 days work crew. He managed to get me in the phone for the next court hearing where I plead guilty accept to the charge of no insurance. I was uncertain if the car had insurance or not? He was supposed to contact my husband and get this information and return to the courts the following week and we spoke directly about the fact I could appear by phone again because I was not able to drive and u did not live in Yamhill County and my husband had to work that day. I got out of jail 3 days later and never thought another thing about it. Now September 20th I get a letter from Yamhill County courts saying I have a Failure to apear a fine of $445.00 and a sanction on my probation. His rebuttal is I called your husband and never heard back from him. For the f@_&$ OFF price of $7,000.00 he never thought another thing about it. He did not call me he did not go to court and represent me and now when my Probation officer get her hands on me I will probably get an 8 day sanction. All the while he says " well your husband never called me back." And told me that a sanction does not mean jail time . While on the phone with him I looked it up. There is only one definition in a court of law. ARREST i.e Jail, Prison violation of the 2 years felony probation that he did not clear for me. I truly believe that if I could go back I would have had a better go of it with a public PRETENDER!!

Unethical. READ THE GLASSDOOR AND INDEED REVIEWS FROM THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES!! Not to mention the yelp reviews.YOU'VE BEEN WARNED They are more interested in ******* you into the Diversion Program rather than thoroughly reviewing your case. Their fee is unreasonable and they will do everything possible to not provide any type of account ledger. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. You are better off defending yourself on your first DUI. Reynolds Firm doesn't provide anything of substance. I was sleeping in my car at time of arrest, not even driving. I am in the same program as a man who crashed his car while drunk driving struck multiple other vehicles and ended up in someone's front yard with his car. He had a court appointed attorney for free. I paid Reynolds firm $4,800. That was a terrible decision. They were not worth it. They simply want you to plead guilty while they do minimum work and collect large profits. I was also not fully advised on my rights in this matter as it relates to my plea options. I had to ask during the hearing what each option meant in my case from guilty, not guilty & no contest. They didn't care. I removed them from my case entirely. Though they said the case is over but they were going to remain as my attorney on file until the diversion program was completed so that they can file to have the charges removed. Absolutely not!! I want these sorry excuses as far away from my case as possible. I dont want anything they have to offer.
