- Customer must give 48 hours notice to cancel a class and a full refund or credit will be offered. Customers who give less than 48 hours notice may be subject to the full charge of the class. No call, no show results in no reimbursement or credit for a future class. Birthday parties may cancel 5 days in advance of the class for a full refund. Birthday parties that cancel less than 5 days out will loose their deposit.
