    Came late, started an hour late. One tech - who was mostly on the phone (business?), left 2 hrs. and 45 mins later and left the other tech alone for another hour. My son moved the furniture. My nine months pregnant daughter-in-law asked the woman to please vacuum behind. She refused. I asked for a partial charge. No response. Full charge, PLUS for windows. I asked for a partial refund. No response. Ignored.

    I am truly sorry that the cleaning service did not meet your expectations and for the inconvenience this caused. We strive to provide the best service possible and feel horrible when we fall short!

    Our office hours are 8am to 6 PM on weekdays, and we are closed on weekends. We received your last message after 7 PM, which is why we could not respond until this morning.

    We apologize for the frustration this caused. We take your feedback very seriously and will be addressing the issues you raised with our technicians immediately to ensure this does not happen again.

    Additionally, we have issued the refund as requested. You should see this reflected in your account shortly. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!
