    I moved across the country and just received the settlement check but it is expired bc mail forwarding was delayed and when calling the number there is no information on reissuance and no working number nor information to follow up. I need to cash my settlement and am not being allowed. I know that the limited time on the check is a tool for the law firm to take my money. Please help me recoup my settlement they are trying to usurp. Thank you

    I received a settlement check that has proven to be impossible to cash. It was issued May 24th 2024 and will expire in June. The phone was not answered when someone called to have the check verified for cashing and then I was told I should have the verification information. That was apparently sent in a letter before the paper check was issued. I never received any letter. The only physical forms i have received have been the instructional postcard regarding the lawsuit and the check itself with the attached letter.

    Hello I got a check for the settlement and I cant cash it unless they verify it and I cant get a hold of anyone ? I called the number provided on the Check and its just a recording I had emailed them before and no reply and I need to verify the check in order to cash it ?

    I received information about a settlement that I'm entitled to . I have a attached the letter that I submitted a claim form and the administrator returned my form to be corrected and I returned the correct information so Im suppose to receive a payment from the settlement in the amount of $10,000 once my corrected papers are approved. They would send me a check u have emails that I have been asking for my check and today I received an email that says they did a card deposit. I didn't file for a card deposit I said I wanted a check mailed to me at my address. I have filed complaints with better business bureau before. So you have my information in your system.
