  This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I was in and out in less than 2 hours, at the pre-negotiated price, with none of the "drama" I have dealt with in the past. ******* ****** was a superb salesperson.

  I had a frustrating and insulting experience with Time CDJR. Theyre friendly at first, but unless you just want to hand over a pile of cash and dont care what you get, its a waste of *time* and money. I thought I was buying a new car, but they managed to slide in a demo vehicle with hundreds of miles on it instead of a new one with 8 miles on it like they advertised. So buyer beware - they fooled me and then blamed me for believing their advertising was honest. They made a half hearted offer to pay me a few bucks or have to return it and waste my *time* to start the search process all over again. Never did the words Im sorry come out of their mouths. And on top of all that, the general sales manager insulted me by saying youre an adult to someone 15 years his senior. I filed two complaints, and they got even more insulting. So the moral to the story is: At **** dealership, the customer is always wrong. If you want to be treated with respect, stay far, far away.

  Total incompetent scammers. I bought a used car from them. It was sold "AS IS" but they did promise to get me an extra key. ****. waited three months. No key.THey also misinformed about the service warrantee. Salesman said if something was wrong, the Ally warrantee would take care of it. NO WAY. Thank god I had 60 days to cancel. They seem like good folks.... but very flaky on what they promise. Not a happy transaction. THey rarely answer emails or phone calls.... almost as if they dont have enough staff to deal with it.
