      This bank provided a debit, prepaid card, that has their name on it, that can be used in their atm, in their bank with printed receipts with their name on it, and now they say someone stole ****** out of the account and they did not inform me of suspicious activity ever, I happen to call to ask why debit card did not work. after searching for a while, they found account and said tik tock purchases were made in last week( i never been on Tik Tock c*** and all your money is gone, she says, No one notified me, alerted me, and they just say we cannot help you. She said Call this fraud line starting with 866. the no is always with fast busy signal or it rings and they hang up and you call again, and it's again fast busy signal. So I have no one to help me, they need to loose their FDIC license for offering this card with their name on it. And being in businesss to cheat people . And take your money wo living up to their FDIC ins.

      This bank has the worst customer service I have ever seen in the banking business. They are focused solely on getting as much money out of your pocket as they can. I had the so-called fraud prevention department call me regarding a charge to my debit card. I told them I did not authorize it so they said they would cancel my debit card and I could go to the bank and get another. I went to the bank and they said they would order a new card and send it to my home. I told them that I was on my way out of the country and would not be home to get it. They told me they could mail the card to the branch I was in and they would call me when it came in. I said, thanks, that would be great. Next day my bank account was charged 60 dollars for mailing the card to the local bank. I have a very hard time believing it cost them 60 dollars to mail the card to local bank. I called and complained and they said fine, they would remove the charge, which they did, and then I found out the card was now being sent to my home where I will not be. So I have to head out of the country without a card. They told me basically that was my tough luck.Do business with these people at your own risk.

The $60.00 fee you were assessed was passed along to you directly from our courier **** who charges us the fee for expediting a card. This fee was reversed on February 21, 2024, as a one-time bank courtesy, at your request. Per the Assistant Branch Manager over the ****** location, your card was ordered on February 20, 2024; it was received by the branch on February 22, 2024; you were called about being able to pick up the card the same day the branch received it; you came to pick up the card on March 1, 2024, and you have been able to use it since then.       Their mortgage department is unprofessional and hopelessly broken. It started earlier this year when they stopped providing us with a servicer point of contact - were just putting like stock images with broken telephone numbers on our monthly statement. They then made a huge mistake on our mortgage servicing, promised to correct it, DIDN'T correct it, called us when we were overseas telling us that they couldn't correct their mistake and that they were transferring us to ****************. Now we are being serviced by ****************, which is a scammy garbage servicer that racks up huge fines with the federal government. Month 1? They are hit by a cyber security attack. NEVER GET A MORTGAGE WITH UMPQUA. This has been a nightmare.
