    Brought in my vehicle for an oil change and asked them to check a couple other things (which I agreed to an additional fee for.) I dropped my car off at 6am when they opened (with an appointment). When I called at 3:30p, they had just started the oil change. The mechanic called me a little after 4p and told me it would be a half hour for them to finish the oil change. For the issues I wanted them to look at, they either didn't do the diagnosis requested...or did a poor job. One of the things I had asked to have diagnosed, they didn't do the first step to check if the connection was solid (I later did this at home after finding the *** online). The second issue, the only diagnosis I received was what I had told them to be the case (lights were enclosed unit and bulbs not replaceable), and not what I had actually asked them to check (wiring and fuse). When I went back the next day to ask about it...they basically just told me...we'd done what I'd asked...sorry. This was a disappointing first impression with this shop. My vehicle had been serviced here by the previous owner and I had high hopes. Instead I don't know that I would trust them to do any further work on my vehicle.

    He also wrote a ****** review stating some of the above.  The technician agreed that he hadn't checked the connection. It looked as if it was in properly connected.  I told him I would refund the $45.00  he was charged, to give me a call. He seemed to think we would have checked all the wiring and fuses.  If that had been the *************** issues would have been 150-300.
