MISLEADING! Motohorn says horns are plug & play. They are NOT. They require you to install and run special wiring for a relay. The advertisement failed to mention the requirement of a relay. if they had mentioned it, I would not have purchased. I installed on a ****** as per their plug & play instructions and NOTHING. Took me the better part of a day to install a relay and engineer my own wiring. Horns seem loud and are working so far. My guess is that they will stop working within six months, they are cheap plastic. At least I got 20% off.... Shop for something else that provides ALL the details...

Installation was super easy, kit came with everything needed. When you hit the horn button, nothing happens. As in NOTHING. Silence. Reinstalled the stock horn, hit the button, "beep beep." Just so other buyers are aware, I do not happen to be the village idiot when it comes to electrical and mechanical things. This product is not worth your money. Best spend the extra money through a parts store in town and ask them if the kind of job you are wanting to do along with your ideal end result is feasible. Not really a headache like others mentioned. More of a disappointment in the product and disappointment with myself for not reading more.

This company scammed me as well. I should have read these reviews before placing an order. There is an international transaction fee they dont tell you about, shipping is a joke, youll never receive the horns and when you request to cancel the order you get ignored. Luckily i discovered the scam before the 30 days window passed and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Dont buy from Motohorn!!!!!*****

This company doesnt care about their customers. I bought 2 horns as a gift just before Christmas as a gift, and they no longer want to install these.I have the original boxes and packaging, along with my original receipt. On the 34 day I inquired about returning them for a refund and their are no exceptions 30 days after being delivered. I feel this isnt right since they havent been mounted/installed, especially with it being Christmas time. The company will not work with you and they only gaurantee any type warranty if you purchase it.They will issue a 90 day warranty if theyre damaged or defective, but wont give a customer their money back if decided not to use or keep? Stay away from this company and do your homework. I didnt, and got screwed. They have a 2 star rating and along with myself and others, poor customer service!

Do not buy this junk. 1. Wiring kit is a joke. Cheap relay, not enough wiring to complete the job, too short of a hose from the compressor to the horn. Cheap connectors. Your paying for all this and you have to supply your own wiring, relays and connectors. 2. Returns are OVERSEAS and costs more to ship back than the horn costs. No where does it say that on their site;3. Was told in a email that it would take a month for the return to be processed. No where does it say that on their site;4. Charged and ********************* fee a week later. BS!Lots of horns for under $40 all over the internet.

Well, you gotta think about how many people were happy with the product, and how many were not, vs. how many units were sold. I'd like to have these horns, if they sound like; they sound in the advertisement. Although they advertise easy hook-up, it is always better if a relay is used, which takes up more space, and makes extra unsightly wires on a clean looking wiring harness.

I was looking for a louder more pronounced "train like" sound for my '13 Jeep JK. The ads showed several people jumping out of the way when they heard this LOUD TRAIN SOUND beeping at them. Sounded like exactly what I was looking for, but most everything was for motorcycle related. I sent MotoHorn a msg and assured me that these woukd fit the Jeep. Ok. I ordered them and were delivered them 3 weeks later. Installed them and no "TRAIN LIKE" sound at all, but they were louder. Sent another msg and they replied they sound different on a motorcycle. Ya, I don't think so. It sounds like a louder version the *** I replaced. Sent another msg with no answer to date. What a joke!

Make sure these are what you want! They are big and bulky looking on a bike! When trying to return they tell you to ship them to the ** as their stateside distribution wont accept! Not worth it!

I got the Dual horn for my 2011 Harley **** Connected directly to my wiring and because of the electrical draw the computer locked the horn out of the system. Worked fine with the engine not running but when the engine was running it cut out immediately. I contacted them and ordered the "easy" to install relay. Easy if you want to trace wiring from the horn through the wiring harness to the switch. I didn't do that. Thinking that I was dealing with an ****** company I thought a return would be simple. Nope. ****** must just be a front. I'm not sure. But all returns must go to *******. Garbage. So I have a useless bunch of c*** around.

I placed an order with MotoHorn for their Moto Horn Dual @ $69.00 Their website shows their address as ******** ******. The same website shows "Free Shipping from *******"After seeing so many negative reviews I immediately cancelled the order via email as the Moto Horn website says to do. They refused to cancel it claiming that it was already shipped. There was no confirmation on their website or the *** website. I knew I had to cancel it because their own return policy is that the package can't be opened. MotoHorn replied I have to return the product to *******, which costs more to ship than the product costs. They claim that it's mentioned on the website. THERE IS NO SUCH CLAIM THAT INDICATES THEY'RE BASED IN ******* OR THAT THE PRODUCT HAS TO BE SHIPPED BACK THERE. I told them I don't want anything for free and I'll be glad to ship it to their office in ******. They refused.I then contacted ******, who the order was processed through which immediately refunded my money and charged ba MotoHorn. Then I received a Text Message from MotoHorn calling me a fraud and demanding that I send them $69. They then said if I don't comply that they'll *** me in a court in ******.I told them that if they have someone in ****** that will go to court on behalf of MotoHorn, the same person should be able to accept the returned package. I stated again that I will be happy to return the product to ******, and unless they accept that offer that they should not contact me again. These guys are definitely scammers. EVERYTHING about them is a scam. Their address is a scam, they don't ship from the *** as advertised, even some of the terms and demands that they stated are scammy ("you must contact us before contacting credit card company or your refund will not be is***d"). If they try to pull that stuff on you just ignore it. Their willy-nilly ad hoc rules do not supercede federal and state laws.
