    As a business owner, I expect transparency and fairness when paying for services. Unfortunately, AnswerConnect fell short. After a detailed audit comparing my phone carrier logs to their invoicing, I found consistent overbilling. Calls lasting 2:10 were billed as 5 minutes due to something they call after-call work, which is neither defined nor trackable. The lack of transparency is alarming, and their customer service offered no accountability. I have since switched providers. Business owners: track every minute and be very cautious before trusting them withyourmoney.
