      Order #**** placed online at wine2go.co on 4/5/2024 for $118.93 paid via Venmo Order was confirmed by company 4/13/3024 Received via email, ********************* that the order had shipped **** Tracking # **********************.I realized that I had not received the order & did a **** track on Thursday 4/25/2024. The **** website shows that the package is in ********, ***I emailed ******************************* immediately & provided them with all the details, requesting a quick update regarding the status of my order.No phone # is provided on the website.I checked **** tracking earlier today (Monday 4/29/2024) & the status of the order based on the tracking # has not changed.I did an internet search for, Blue Widget LLC, **************************************** & the only phone number that is shown is ************. I called this number, which immediately went to voice mail & the message from a disinterested male says 'I'm not available, call back later'. No company name or any other information is given. I did leave a firm/angry message after the beep but I have no idea if it was received & no one has returned the call.I have not received any email follow-up from the company.The only reason that I ordered from Wine2go.co is because I had previously purchased their products at Nordstrom Rack. I may have foolishly 'assumed' that the company was legit.Thank you for your assistance.

      Customer wrote the ********************** helpline with a request for an update to their order on 4/24. On 4/25 we responded with our sincere apologies and a solution. According the to the ********************* sometimes packages get "lost in transit". This scenario is out of our hands and upon having this brought to our attention by the customer, we offered to reship the items plus add some additional units to compensate for the inconvenience. We did not hear back from the customer and as a result the third party warehouse we use kept Order #**** "Open - pending customer response" - to which ***** never replied. 

      Upon receiving the complain through the BBB and receiving no response from ****************, we initiated a full refund. Confirmation is attached. 


      We have been in business for over 10+ years and our contact information is written clearly on the email she was corresponding with in the first place. This is a formal request to close this case as this situation could have been resolved by simply replying to the email we sent on 4/25.

      It may still deliver or it may not, either way, wed love to make sure you receive your purchase so if youd like, I can reship your order to you at no extra cost while we file a claim with ****.
