After we switched we submitted the final bill 3 times denied every time and was told I didn't have all the info on the bill REMOVEDthe last bill I sent them had all the info on it but the phone numbers were hand written on the bill by me which is some of the info they needed but still denied it anyway because they don't accept any hand writing on documents." ...
