      I live next to a rental at ****************** managed *********** resources. Last year I had put in a new privacy fence that cost $6500. The sprinkler heads on this property are old and the water pressure was turned up to high. As a result I have had water saturation damage from water encroaching at least 3 feet onto my property and directly hitting my posts. I Got experts to examine the damage and they wrote ***** explaining the damages and asked for professional courtesy to adjust their sprinklers accordingly. I then started having email and in person conversations with ***** to resolve this is***. I had mixed conversation with the employees of this property some good and some bad. The good conversations were with **** Web. It took nearly the whole watering season but finally they got the water off my fence. This year the same thing is happening except the sprinkler heads are worse and now a mist is hitting my porch and the side of my house that has been damaged in the past by these sprinklers. It was not under ***** at that time. I have offered to pay for new sprinkler heads myself and for them to be adjusted properly but this year they are ignoring me I have sent correspondences with no results. I have just put down $20,000 dollars for new siding and paint which can't even be started until the managers fix this problem. I guarantee that the owners at this property don't know how their doing business their but this is their job to fix these things. I am literally begging them for help even though professionals have told me" this is there job to fix this problem and if they don't do their job *** them." This is such an easy fix, I cannot even reason with myself why they are ignoring me and jeopardizing friendships between neighbors Over a $20 sprinkler head which I offered to pay for. This has been a heavy burden on me and I would assume on them. Please ***************** just fix your sprinklers before my fence and house suffer anymore damage.I do have supporting evidence
