    *********** booked wrong dates and when showed up to property. Property said had to get ahold of booking agency. Got ahold of **************. They sent a response to property for cancellation. Business refused to proceed with cancellation and ignored agency request. It cost me more for my stay. Rooms were disgusting shoes were tacky to floor. Couches had holes in them. Breakfast had a horrible lay out compared to other super 8 i stayed at. **************** was horrible. I will not be ever staying there again. I am also recommending my friends to not stay there as well.

    We stayed at the ************, the fourth we got there at 12:30 AM. And woke up with some bites on us. We were there for a funeral, so we left when we came back, we had found bloodstains in our bed sheets and went downstairs to say something, and she said, thank you for the concerns, and that was it when we went back upstairs to go back to bed. We woke up in the morning and my husband was completely covered in bedbug. Bites, we found carcasses of bed bugs more blood in the bed and when we brought it to their attention, they told us, maybe you shouldn't have stayed here, then I asked for a refund for my room and they told me no that if I was not happy, I shouldn't estate a second night. We reserved the room for 2 nights. Thursday night and Friday night, but we did not receive 2 nights. We arrived at the hotel Friday morning at 12:30 AM. So we only stayed Friday night left Saturday in the morning. They did not want to refund me any money. Nor did they care about the concerns of the bed bugs in their hotel. It is absolutely disgusting, and I cannot believe they allow it to continue.
