    DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT. We lost 3 dollars in change, and witnessed other customers losing up to 10 dollar bills that were being eaten by their change machines!!!!!! Both washers and dryers are VERY poor quality and our clothing was no where near smelling clean/fresh. Also the place just looks ghetto and trashy overall. Not sure who owns this wreck, but they NEED TO DO BETTER. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

    We thank ********* for her comments. It's only when customers speak up that we are truly able to improve our operations. 

    We have recently replaced 50 of our 60 machines with brand new equipment. There are few smaller, older washers left that only cost $3. These machines are frequently overloaded which causes them to not wash thoroughly and properly. Although we are generally a use at your own risk operation we are also happy to issue refunds or provide free washes to assist our customers. 

    2 months ago we installed the newest and latest card reader system. Our customers are loving it.  we only improved 25 of our most popular machines. They now accept coins, cards and most cash apps installed on your cell phone. This makes our machines very desirable for faster more convenient starts and cycles. 

    In the next 12 months we plan to install more card readers, replace more machines, continue to resurface some folding tables and continue more improvements on our seating and waiting areas. 

    With full and complete appreciation of Elizabeths comments/suggestions we would like to offer her a refund or free wash next time in
