      I dropped off my car at 11am on 2/2/24 per the scheduled time. I was told it would be 3-4 days to get the car fixed and I would get word by the end of the day with more information. I was surprised at the diagnostic fee and was told there is only 1 mechanic for my vehicle type. I was never contacted back. I contacted them 3 or 4 times over the next week and kept getting brushed off. On Thursday the 8th I was told I would get a call the next day. I waited until Monday to call back and then was told it was the mechanics day off and they would call me the next day. I did get a call on Tuesday the 13th and got information on what needed to be done and the prices (with labor & parts combined, not detailed). It was a lot of money but again, my car was already there so I said yes. He said the parts would be available on Wednesday. I finally went on Thursday (after calling 2 more times) to pick up the car. I was going to read the paperwork that I needed to sign and was told I just had to sign to get my car so I did. I paid the amount listed here. On the way home I noticed that 2 of my concerns were still a problem. I looked at the detailed receipt the next day (as I needed the rest of Thursday to cool down) and was astonished at what I was charged for. The labor costs were more than double the parts and I was again shocked. I call the complaint number on the receipt and left a message. I was called back just before the person left the office and was told they would call me on Monday the 19th. I called and got no response. I have still not gotten a response today, Tuesday the 20th. I would like to tell the business that this is unacceptable behavior. I felt I had no choice to go anywhere else to fix my car. It was more than 2x the amount of time I was told. The car was not even looked at for a week. I did not get contacted and 2 of the problems are still there. I feel entitled to get a refund of the entire labor portion.

      They can not communicate with customers well. ** lies about being in communication with us but we call several times with voice mails and we dont hear back days or even a whole week. Held on to my car way longer than needed when we told them we needed our vehicles for work. Then the service advisor tells me they will call me back when its ready and they never do! I had to call to find out it was ready and they dont understand the frustration their lack of communication with each other and the customer. I will advise everyone to not ever give them any business. Above all ** refuses to accept the reality of his lying to customers about calling back when he says he will especially when the vehicle is ready. Complete waste of money and time. How can I be sure that my car will be okay if they cant even ******************. We live so far from the service and they claim to be the only ones who work on **** models and they make everyone in the area jump through all these hoops just to get our cars worked on. Seems they know that and they do not care or try to give good customer interaction in the slightest way. Ridiculous employees and supervisors should be embarrassed. Clear lack of respect and concern for anyone but themselves.
