Purchased a car in full on 9/15/23 from 503 Autos in ********, **. Gave a check for about $9600, and traded in old car, valued at about $1500, and a $500 holding fee check. They lost the holding fee check, they said they shredded it. They said I would be receiving the title in the mail. According to ****** law, I should have had the title within 30 days, it has been over 60 days and I still do not have the title. The car broke down two days ago, it revs up but will not move, I had it towed back to the dealer. They are looking at it, it is the transmission. I contacted the *** and they said they have no records on my car, aside from the emissions test I had done in October. The dealer claims they are still working on the title. I have asked them several times for a tracking number for the title and they would not provide it.

07/27/23-went to 503 Autos to test drive a Tundra. I after I drove a second ******** was pressured into the office. I explained that I was already preapproved with Mtn America, but ****** (dealership owner) insisted that we go with one of his lenders. I used a credit card to put down a $500 down payment and signed the loan agreement. I requested the loan documents I signed. ****** stated that he would email them to me. He only emailed me the warranty info, I still have no copies of any of the documents I signed. I didn't take the truck because I didn't have a way to get my car home and was not comfortable with ****** driving my car to my home. 07/28/23-Arrived to take Tundra. ****** told me that the loan didn't go through and was initially going to have me sign for a membership to another credit union, but then stated that I should just resign everything. I again asked for copies of what I signed. I never got the documents.08/02/23- ****** called and left a message. I returned the call and he informed me that the second loan had not gone through. It took me asking several times for him to explain that the lender wanted a 2k down payment. He wanted me to print and sign the new loan document and at one point even suggested that he could sign them for me "if he knew how". I didn't know how to respond to this and was very uncomfortable. I told him I would look through the doc and ended the call.8/3/23 ****** emailed new loan documents. I did not sign them and did not email him back.8/4/23 Texted ****** that I was not comfortable signing any more documents and would return the truck after work. I took photos and videos of the truck including the odometer to show that it was in the same condition in which I took it. I parked the truck behind another truck in front of his lot adjacent to his shop. It did not block the driveway to his business. In his office I stated that I was no longer comfortable and would not sign any more documents.
