    In my bathroom a pipe busted under the sink and water was flooding my house for 21/2 hours no one find shut off value. 24 hours flood company came in and dried my house out. I had to go stay in hotel for almost 3 months. So 24 hours flood refer me to Legacy Real Estate Development and told me it was good company. To learn later after I called ***** from 24 hours flood he should not refer company to anyone and why would you tell me he does excellent job. He told me that company just pops up on tablet to refer other contactor. This really upset me.. **** called me from legacy Real Estate Development to tell you he is very good talker and tells what you want to hear. During this time I was so upset never ever gone through situation like this. I believe everything **** told me that they was going make my house beautiful and I had nothing to worry about. When I started to see all these mistakes I called **** up and asked him to please come here and look at work his contactor had done. He told me yeah ****** I'm going to have my best contractor to do your house this what he told before he started the job. So I told you need to see what your best contractor the work he doing on my house. He told he can't to send him pics so I did about 25 pics. They came back and did the caulking by bathtub and toilet because put dark grey it looked horrible. They also to do door frames they took caulking then painted it. Never came back to do fix other problems. That much money it should of look good but it doesn't. The lady works at my ********** told me that friend is going through same thing and she had same contractor and company doing her hous Also in begining should I start looking for flooring told me we had plenty of time. But I decided to start looking and sent him what I wanted I told him I didn't want cheap flooring, I wasn't asking the most expensive either .He never passed down to the contractor.When I should want I really wanted is not what got because order was not here.

    This is the first we have heard that ******* is unhappy with some of the finishing touches. If something is not up to par and needs addressed we will fix it. We believe in doing things right and want the insured to be happy with her home. I dont understand why ******* wouldn't just give us a call if there was an issue butve like i said, we will address any repair work needing to be fixed. Please Give me a call @ ************. I would love to get this taken care of and make sure all work is done to industry standards.

    This *************************** I just read what **** wrote in email he knew I was really unhappy with the work sent out originally Contractor which he had his brother do the work they came in and did patch work like putting band-aid on there mess **** I will reach out to him in email so I have paper trail what says back to me. The last time I talked to him was 6/21/24 told me he would take care of it. He never called me back. So when I hear from him I asking for another one contractor to do the job right. I do not want the other one out here because he doesn't do good job. Is it okay to request someone else?

    I just don't want same contractor to do the job. He already came out twice job never fixed problem it looks horrible. I sent pics to **** and still hasn't gotten back to me. They promise me they was going get best contractor out to do job and turn out to be nightmare.

    We have been talking to ******. It took a couple weeks to get her to communicate with us as she had personal issues. I told her I would address any punch list items that needed repaired. There are some small items that need caulking and paint. ****** is starting to act unreasonable. We have been in communication and have told her many times that we will fix anything that we did that is not up to par. I have not received any calls,texts, or emails before she sent this message. Please advise.

    I did send reponce twice they have not gotten back to **** sent pics on Sept.22 and still no phone call or email back. So this company is getting away with it.
    The job they did was not professional at all the flooring in some areas are not sticking base floor when walk on different areas you tell it's not glued down good.

    I emailed ****** at 1:23 pm on October 1st requesting a punch list of items that she believes needs addressed. She sent photos that were close *** previously so it was hard to see what exactly needed repair. Once i have a punchlist and we are in agreeance, i will send one of my guys out to get it taken care of. I let her know before that if any of these items are not up to industry standard that we would get them taken care of. I dont understand why ****** mentions us getting away with anything. We pride ourselves in what we do and i have been in communication with ****** and let her know that i want her to be satisfied with the work. That being said, we are not perfect and would love for her to be happy. As for the flooring not glued down, this is not a glue down floor. It is a floating floor. I would like to communicate via email to have a record of communication. Please send me a punchlist ****** so we can get this squared away. Thank you

    I was contacted by **** at legacy by email couple weeks ago telling me this is there busy time of year. I been very patient and understanding. It's  almost been year since the pipe busted under my sink. In beginning before my insurance gave okay to do my house, they was awesome called me all the time they told me my was going be do nice ******************** didn't really want go with the company but finally said okay. Then how everything was done the flooring in house was not really what wanted in beginning. I had change my bathroom flooring 3 times. I kept asking when do I pick out my materials I was told I have plenty of time but it wasn't they should of ordered way before that way I would of gotten what I wanted. I asked them to personally come look at job was done on my house. No they didn't I had to send pics. Bottom line do I feel like customer that was appreciated  for hiring them and they did wonderful job on my house I would have to say no. I learned my ****** never take first offer get more estimates or get some references on the company before saying yes. I never wanted to go this route but I was your customer and should of been treated right. Now I'm going go out there and have hire someone to fix problems.

    Tried to contact **** from Legacy Red I was going pay someone to do the job but Selena *** not going let them off. Tried call left messages but they are ignoring me.
