      This company is a fraud and a scam. They approved an electronic check for a company who I never gave a voice confirmation nor an electronic verification for them to do so. I've never heard of this company nor the other company to steal funds from my account.

      Dear ****************

      I am sorry to hear you had some difficulty with a company we provide services for.  However, you contacted the wrong company.  We do not have the funds to provide a refund.  Our company's role is to draft the payment for services and forward the payment to the company you signed up with for services.  To pursue a refund, you need to contact the company you signed up with which is Student ************** ***** *********  ************.  I just tried their number, and it is working.

      I also investigated the payment you were drafted.  You already have your refund because I see you filed an unauthorized payment with your bank and the bank reversed the charges.  At this point I see the issue is resolved and there is no further refund needed. 

      Feel free to reach out directly to Student ************** Assistance if you need to pursue the matter further.
