  Before I purchased my Ram Dodge 2500 Tradesmen VIN ***************** Stock Number RG355976, on 1 April 2025 I was told by my finance contact, salesman contact and various other dealership employees that ForeverStart for $349.00 at time of purchase was mandatory.After reviewing my owners manual and reviewing new car- truck warranty for my batteries I discovered they are covered for 3 years or ****** miles whichever comes first.I became aware of this SALES FRAUD and dealership deception for services not needed and reported it to the staff and general manager.

  I would not ever deal with them again. Bought a ***** Pilot that was represented to have been purchased there and regularly serviced. Less than a month they wanted to charge my wife for over a thousand dollars for service that should have been done before it was put on the lot for sale. Never again and from the looks of lack of response it looks like they dont even care.

  My husbands son left his car here to be worked on in October 2023. While the car was there the window had been broken out and the car was also stolen from this dealership. We found out from KY ************ the dealership released the $80,000 car to someone who was not an owner of the car. They did not ask for ID or any information from this person so we had the dealership report car as stolen. The car was recovered but the depreciation value went down to $40,000 since the car shows up as RECOVERED in the car fax. We have begged the dealership and its owners Lithia Motors and their legal department *********************** as it was the delearships fault the car was stolen. My husbands son left the car here because he was told part would not be in until January ****. On his way back to SC with his Father, ***** died instantly in a car wreck. My husband and I have been reaching out to ***************************** Operations Manager for help as we still owe for the car. To date we have not had anyone contact us to help us. We need help solving this situation!!!****** and ***********************

  Do not buy a used car from this company. You will regret it their used inventory are junk cars. They'll offer a warranty good luck filing a claim if any mechanical issues come up. I unfortunately purchased a car from this company and boy do I regret it. Not only was the vehicle falling apart and I think they knew. Every time I'd bring the car in for a warranty claim I was told it wasn't covered even though it was. The stress was so bad that I developed pain in my chest and when I was finally started to feel better. I filed a complaint against the lithia I purchased the vehicle from. The manager actually had the gall to get mad at me. Nevermind the fact that I was out a substantial amount of money on a car I couldn't drive. I've got uber receipts to back up that claim. Do yourselves a favor don't buy cars from these guys

  I was dealing with these racist, disrespectful and very measurable people at driveway.com; Me and my wife both ** citizens, these bs guys told me that you have fraud indicators with your bureau and documentations and they are far away to assist me, since I am trying to do fraud. This is very insulting to call me and my wife fraudulent. I had around 10 cars financed , never had any issue. They are gonna waste your time, have very poor communication , answer your questions very late and then at the end saying that you are fraudulent . Guess how is this happened ? He tried to s**** me with 16% apr for used car, I didnt agree and he came back with that bs that I have documentation problem. Such a piece of racist

  Lithia motors DMS accounting department failed to issue a refund for a canceled service contract to the correct place. This was after the fact in filling out all the information correctly of which, they told me if I failed to put the correct information, it would not be processed! I filled it out right but they got their info wrong! No thanks to them and the affiliate business under the name of ****** who also gave me the run around since November!

  Lithia motors is a horrible corporation they have no care with their customers. Try calling and they will never answer day after day. Im so frustrated and just want my situation addressed.

  I recently had an accident where my vehicle was totaled & I had broken 2 of my ribs. 2 weeks after the accident I came in & financed a ***** civic hatchback 2023 EX- L. I had explained the situation to my sales person *************************, who was also my sales person for a prior vehicle which I co-signed & financed for my wife. This was also my 3rd Vehicle with ********* in ******* **. One of things I mentioned to ************************* was to give me a good deal that I didn't want to finance the vehicle way over the ******** also spoke about the 3.9 APR & 4.9 APR that is advertised for new vehicle for someone that has really great credit score. After he came to me with a number which I wasnt happy with that I wont state hear as Im embarrassed. After going back and fourth with the sales person & financial manager I ended up signing the contract with a **** ********* down which taxes added up to about $8K with ******** ***** Finance. After going back and taking a look at the contract I felt like I was taking advantage of as I didnt have my head straight because I was on heavy pain medication & looking back at the $4K I had put down the numbers dont add up of how much the vehicle came out to it was like they pocketed the money. Realizing my mistake this late from this point on I will not purchased a ***** ever again these people dont care about you. It doesnt matter if youre a first time customer or a customer thats loyal and have made business before with them. They do not care and will take advantage of you please dont buy ***** or if you do dont do business with this location.

  I sent Driveway $500 electronically on 03/04/23 to hold a specific vehicle and process my financing application. I was approved for financing. A Driveway rep called me on 03/06/23 to advise the vehicle had been sold off the lot. I immediately told her I wanted my $500 back; she acknowledged understanding. Since then, I have emailed, texted and live-chatted Driveway in an effort to get my $500 back. Nothing. My next step is litigation.

  5 months later & no memorandum title. They will send me temporary tags but I have to request them & then they're not fast to send them. I've had to drive my car with illegal plates because of this. I would not recommend anyone buy from this company.
