This is a company that provides labor for moving. First, the company would not provide any estimates, in writing or otherwise and I thought that was just because they were too busy. They would not answer the phone and would only send texts sporadically, at their leisure. So, I have no estimates in writing because they refused to send me any, nor even a written reservation confirmation.On the day of the move, at the loading site in Medford, instead of 3 workers, only 2 workers showed up, 45 minutes late.At the unloading site in the afternoon in ******, no workers showed up whatsoever. Instead of 3 workers at 4pm, 2 workers eventually showed up at 9:30pm. When they were done near midnight, the workers demanded to get paid in cash in full, with no consideration for the advance payment I had made. It was too late to reach anybody at the company, thanks to the workers being hours late. So, I ended up paying cash, $40 per hour per worker plus tips and I also paid for the minimum 3 hours for 2 hours of labor. The next day, the office refused to refund the $180 deposit they had made me pay in advance. After 2 weeks of senseless back and forth through text (and this is no exaggeration), they finally refunded $100, but refused to refund the remaining $80. I had to sit in a truck for literally 5 hours waiting for them. I managed to return the truck at 4AM because of how late the workers were. Any semi decent business would have offered me significant discounts, refunds, etc. ************ refuses to even give me the refund that I am owed. Their latest justification is that their charge for 2 workers is $120 per hour plus $20 for gas. This was not what was quoted to me and $60 per hour is far beyond the industry standard.I would be happy to provide a record of my text interactions with them. It's absolutely a ****** in how not to conduct business. Refusal to send a reservation confirmation, 24 hour turnarounds on texts, no phone availability, no responsibility for actions.Initial Complaint

I hired this company to pack, move, and unload all of my household property to my new home. Upon arrival and unloading of the trucks they discovered that my heavy ceramic bird bath fell over and broke into several pieces. It had not been packed nor secured in the moving truck. The lead moving person took photos of ************* and phoned the owner ***********************. *********************** promised to pay me $300 to replace it. I also discovered the base of my 55 inch TV was broken and *********************** said he would replace it. I have not received any of the promised compensation despite multiple text messages with him.
