      Seeing as how my order hasnt shipped 13 days after placing it and also not receiving a response to my inquiry about my order, I decided to see what the BBB had to say about this company. Im now seeing that this is a trend. I thought Id branch out and try a different company and Im highly regretting this choice. Sounds like Ill be waiting quite some time from the other reviews. I also see that this problem has been blamed on staffing issues. You get out what you put into your employees, just sayin. Perhaps communication might be the issue? Im super disappointed and this problem needs to be corrected.

      Hi ******,

      I understand the frustration and the inconvenience the additional delay is causing.   We did receive your Help Desk ticket, and it was replied to the same day.

      During the end of the year we do experience unusually high orders volumes when people decide to switch to vaping as their New Year resolution.  

      We are working overtime and are looking for additional staff to help with our back logs.

      The quality of juice has gone out the window since distribution moved to ********. It has no flavor now and you have to mix in your own ************. They did have great customer service until they let go my favorite person at the riverside store. I will never go there again after seeing how they actually treated their employees there. If they don't care about them they certainly don't care about the customers. It's all about the $$ sign for them from what I see

      I notice that all the poor reviews have to do with timing. This company has such great customer service that I bet if you were completely out of your juice and contacted them, they would be happy to help. The BBB says they have been in business for 11 years. I must have started my ejuice blends with them and never looked back. I try to allot for the shipping time so I do not run out of juice. The only time I had an issue was when the states started to banned shipping. I didnt get a notice, but once I contacted them, they quickly explained and provided a refund.

      EC Blends is my only hope for getting my favorite e liquid. I live in ***** and because of government BS in house e liquid is no longer available. Company needs to inform customers at time of order if product can not be shipped to their state. We need a company employee answering the customer service number and help desk and better communication about delays with our order. Ordered mine on Sept 30 with **** help i should have been told at that time about delays. E Mails and Chats dont get answered in a timely manner
