            p2c LLC hotels (ashley inn Lincoln City ******) i have been employed since june 8 2023 and i am being deducted health coverage when not needed i get ohp for myself and my 2 children they showed me a paper stating im mandated to carry private insurance yet i have ohp and never been a problem im the sole guardian although private insurance is being deducted for me and my daughter but says my son doesnt qualify im somewhat aggravated,.. so for one child alone about ****** and myself ******.. since 8/1/23 even tho i signed a paper stating i dont want insurance and i have documents showing that im supposed to complete enrollment which if not completed why am i being deducted and now im being terminated being 45min late and this issue if someone could reach out asap id apprecite it

            Made a reservation directly through their website. Called to confirm my reservation. Female employee confirmed dates, prices. Contacted a month later before telling more family about our reservation. A male employee made joking comments and had his manager change our prices. $1100 more for two nights. Spoke with the manager and corporate. Got offered 20% and told they can't honor what I reserved because they could not find the same offers. I emailed the gal from corporate everything I had and agreed not to cancel the reservation until we got in touch. She also informed me during my reservation someone had to tamper with the system as if they were blaming me. Towards the end she talked to me like a little girl and could be my voice when I am a 31 y old female. I emailed corporate to follow up several hours later, checked my reservation and they CANCELED THEM. Sent a second email and no response. Will be taking this to an attorney.

            We do apologize that this occurred whilst booking reservations with us. We had thought we came to an agreement that we would offer a 20% Friends and Family Discount off the Regular Rate. Prior to getting off the phone with Corporate and myself you had stated you needed to speak to your other half and get back to us should you want to continue with booking

            Corporate and I do understand where you are coming from. We would love to have you stay with us here at Ashley Inn-Lincoln City should you decide to book.
