      I moved into the place over four years ago, being promised that it would receive roof and paint as everything was stripped off in the house was polkadotted, and the price had increased online originally putting into rent. After four years of asking the landlord, I received an eviction notice that asked me to leave by April 1 due to maintenance. I left April 1 and I have not received my deposit back of $2800. I have reached out via email several times and ******************************* the owner of the place who took over for her mother will not respond to me. Were going on two months now and I really need my deposit back as the move was unexpected in the first place since I was promised that maintenance would get completed and thats what I was paying for the least she can do is give me my deposit back.
