    Ive recently been unjustly fired from this company.I was a warehouse associate from March 2023 - August 2024.The working conditions boarder on inhumane.There is no air conditioning, and throughout the summer it is consistently over 88 degrees inside the warehouse (and thats when we come in in the morning).You are forced to work overtime every week, because people keep getting fired, but the work load remains the same.The turnover rate is ridiculous.The ops manager ************ would often be heard saying, Im not going to hire any more females.There were only 2 females working there..from the time I was hired to the time I was fired, working conditions changed to become unsuitable.The work hours changed, the amount of work and type of work changed, and there is absolutely no one working in that company who is forklift certified (even though I was told there was).Once, my supervisor even tried to physically move me from one station to another, because he didnt want to wait 3 minutes for me to finish on the computer.When I was fired, the termination letter stated flat out lies. Its odd they would lie though, because there is audio and visual evidence (via video cameras) proving them wrong.They arent that smart for a tech company.Ive heard many computers stop working shortly after the customers get them.. it doesnt surprise me. Shoddy management employs shoddy employees, leads to shoddy work and a smothering of any progress, efficiency, and (positive) employee morale.Stay far far away from this company. Whether you are looking for a job, or looking for a computer..The headache is not worth it.

    Terrible products. I purchased a brand new computer off of Amazon through "GreatPriceTech", which is "NewDreamInc", which is also "CoverAll North America". This is what I get for not doing more research and buying from a reputable company. Not a company d/b/aing as five other companies. When you have multiple companies d/b/aing as other companies is when you lose quality, customer service, reputation, etc. I purchased a ****** Thinkpad E15 January 25th, 2023 and I am still unable to use it. I purchased it to use for work and do not have enough money to purchase a new one. They will not let me trade it out, or give me a refund. I have sent it in and taken it in multiple times, without a fix. All they want to do, is try 1 possible solution at a time and if it doesnt work, move on to the next a few weeks later. The step I am on, now is waiting for them to mail me a hard drive. So I can change it out myself and see if it allows my computer to actually work. If it doesn't work, then I will have to wait on the next step. All of this taking place over the past 9 months. They shipped the hard drive through *** without a name or address on it. Not sure how common sense works, but who ships a product to a customer without a name or address? The hard drive should have been delivered today, but it is now being sent back to the sender. I called *** myself and they would not ship the package, if I gave them the correct name and address, because it has to come from the sender, not receiver. Stay as far away from "GreatPriceTech" products on Amazon as possible. Stay as far away from "NewDreamInc" as possible. I have not done business with "CoverAll North America" but I can't imagine you would get any better products or customer service. Seems like the President *************************** is spread a little to thin!!!
