    On Sunday 11-5-23 I went to this location for a haircut and color. After 4 hours of the stylist working on myself and two other people at the same time, my hair came out full on blonde. She had given me swatches to select my color when I first got there and I chose a medium brown.I was absolutely shocked when I got to the counter, I had already put my card into the machine while I was talking with the girl who was trying to sell me product and then found out she was charging me $394. No offense meant but this is a Supercuts not some fabulous ******* Hills salon. This price would be ridiculous even if she hadn't ruined my hair. I went back the next day to talk with the stylist (*****), she was very hostile. I asked her to bring out the swatch samples so we together could see the difference between my hair color and the swatch I had selected. She refused. I asked for the number to her manager or owner and she wouldn't give it to me. I found it online and have talked to the owner twice. The first time he offered me $100 the second time he offered me $150 which would have brought my botched job down to $250. I offered the owner to pay $100 which was very generous considering it's going to cost me a couple hundred to get this color stripped and regain my natural color. So all said and done it's going to be about $600 just to get my hair back to where it was. Unfortunately because it was a service and not a product my bank has declined my request for a refund. Big big ****** learned. I would stay away from this place a because they crazy overcharged, because they won't be reasonable to reconcile the problem and because they turned my brown hair ugly yellow blonde.Really sickening and upsetting because $400 is a whole lot of money to me.
