Aetna Properties Inc *************************************************************** I am writing as I have exhausted all of my avenues in getting our deposit back $1100.00) from a condo ******* (I was her co-signer and on lease) ******** rented for the last 4 years. ******************************************************************************************************* After ******* moved out end of April 15 2023 we waited for the last bill regarding pro-amount and percent of deposit amount. The next thing we get (I received copy at my home) a nonpayment of rent notice -10 day-on 5/8/2023. ******* sent the amount and then we waited for the deposit amount refund. I called and talked to ***** who stated the check went to the condo address, I explained she does not live there but ******* did not send a forwarding address (although you had mine). I went up to the condo and talked with ***** the manager who stated she could not go into a mailbox. I left VM for ***** the same day and told her that ***** (which was ****** idea) could not open the mailbox and please cancel check and send to my address which I left in email plus Aetna had as I mentioned had used before. Since that day I have left multiple messages for ***** with no return, finally couple months later I did get a hold of a live person and I explained my situation and she was very sorry and would send it up the chain. Never heard for another week so I called again and was able to get ahold of the same person who apologized and said she would forward again, Still nothing. ******* gave me your email (*****) and said you take care of things like this and is really nice. So here I am finally emailing you regarding our concerns. I hope you can address this and finally resolved the situation.
