- Refunds and exchanges are allowed on all "in stock" merchandise within a seven day period as long as the merchandise is in showroom condition. Mattresses may be returned or exchanged after thirty days only if the have been properly protected by an approved mattress protector. There may be a minimum 25% restocking fee on returned special orders.
