    My RV 12V refrigerator would not get cold. I believe the owner came out, checked refrigerator, told me I needed a new one and he could get for me for $2000 plus shipping, installation fees, etc. Then told me my battery was bad and he could get me a new one to replace it as the amps were low. He pulled frig out and left in middle of floor. I am an elderly, widowed lady and told him I did not make those decisions without my son. He was going to leave and I told him I needed frig put back where it belonged. He did. Charged me $395.00. $125 service call, $67.50 drive time (his business is in town and so am I), and $202.50 for labor, $135.00 an hour. He did not fix anything. All he did was run around with his little testers and pull out and put back in my frig. He leaves and few minutes later I get a call from him saying he thought it could be a sensor and he could order one for $200. Would call me when it came in. Two weeks later nothing. Called and left messages, no response. Finally texted and a lady responded thanking me for my patience and would call when part came in. Third week nothing. Have never talked again to guy who came out. Had enough and called another RV mobile service. They did their own diagnosis at $125.00 total and called company to see if any recalls. Company no longer selling or making this frig., nor any parts. Lots of issues. And, my battery is fine. If I had of paid him to order frig., or part, where was he getting them from? What about paying him for a new battery I did not need? In my opinion this business is very unprofessional and will take advantage, if allowed. This person was more interested in trying to make a deal with me to put a new frig in if I would give him my outdoor, never been used, sauna, plus, as part of the deal, I was to give him $1000 cash. Wow! ******. Would not recommend to anyone especially senior citizens.
