    June 6-9 2025 Wet floors and black Mold.We have emailed the resort with no response. I'm trying this before contacting and attorney.We arrived late on June 6th and as my wife was putting her bag away she stepped in a wet spot on the floor. Since it was late she thought nothing of it other than maybe housekeeping spilled something. When she woke up the next morning she realized that the floor on her side of the bed was wet and she could hear a leak from the shower. We reported it to the front desk/manager or owner. And his response was said several times oh I've never heard of that before I've never been told that before. She told them that they were welcome to go into the room and check it out, But that was never done. The water continued to spread and as we were packing up my wife moved the bedside table that exposed black mold all over the wall all over the bed and the back of the bedside table. She also realized that that wall had been replaced so somebody clearly knew there was a leak. She took a video of underneath the bed of the mold and also pills under the bed and the fact that underneath the bed hadn't been cleaned in forever, there was pills a bottle a cup with some kind of food in it. The room next to us also left early because they said their coffee pot was dirty and the room had not been cleaned. Clearly there are some health violations going on here and they refuse to respond or address them. I'm asking for $1,200 at this point to cover the cost of my room and the entire cost of my trip and the fact that I've had to continuously go different routes to try to get a hold of the resort.

    I booked this hotel for one night but the charged me twice.I've called the manager **** and he refused to issue a refund.
