  ***** came by and was very helpful looking at the house and seeing up an with DaBella. ***** and ***** can't put the next day and informed me about the company and the products. Everything was great BUT we ran into technical difficulties. **** came back out 2 days later and helped get everything dry up for our new siding! Super excited for everything to be done on the house.

  ****** R and ***** K came out to see my bath area in my rental property. They were very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining what was going on in my wet area. After looking at the options they had for different styles, I ended up deciding to go with azure bay instead of their exclusive color sandstorm which was also very beautiful. Im very happy with my decision today and am looking forward for the end result!

  LeFaye and Kaeleigh came to my house for a shower inspection, I have been needing to replace my shower for a couple years now and DaBella was able to match my needs with creating my dream shower. These girls were very nice to work with, very courteous, prompt, and awesome. I had fun building my dream shower and I am just happy that i can save time with choosing DaBella to handle the work, as well as provide value to my home with exclusive high quality products.

  ***** k and **** T came out to inspect our vinyl siding and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! We are getting new ***** ****** Fiber Cement Siding!The value they provided us was impeccable! They worked hard to make this project affordable for my husband and I!I would recommend these guys to anybody! I would give 10 stars if I could!

  Denied financing for Window project DaBella will not refund my $5000 Deposit contingent on financing. Finance denial May 7, multiple calls to DaBella office in *********, ****** with no return call or promise to return after looking into issue and no return call. . Finally reached ******** Ext# ***** at the end of May, 2025 She promised to look into and call back. Her first response was that I signed a contract and product was already being fabricated so the deposit would be used to pay for the unused windows. I felt used by this as no business would begin fabrication of product before financing for project was secured. She then offered to contact management and came back to say that I would receive a refund of my $5000. with 60 days. I felt this was extreme since they had already held my deposit for more than 30 days. I am a widow on limited income and felt this whole situation unacceptable. I was pressured into purchasing windows I obviously could not afford. When denied financing for the project, I promptly requested my deposit be returned. As of August 1 (8/1) almost 3 months from my denial date (5/7) I still have not received the money back. I call yesterday 8/1 and spoke again to ******** who looked into my file and said the refund was processed 7/31, and that the refund should be received within 4-6 weeks. AGAIN delay. I will never do any business with DaBella in the future and will not recommend the company to any of my friends and family.

  ******** was very patient and understanding. She knew her product very very well. Even though we didnt purchase anything today. I was very impressed with how she handled our current situation.
