    If I could rate 0 stars I would. Total scam artists. They came out and wrongfully diagnosed an issue with a machine I needed repairing. Charged me half the value of the machine to not do anything to it. They said We were responsible for the initial visit and that included 0 progress on the machine we have. They went ahead and charged the card on file anyway and performed 0 work. Their technician sat around for an hour and waited for "Someone from the office" to call him back before rendering the visit useless. I told them I was willing to pay for the trip and fuel but I do not want to pay for a mistake on their part. They didnt want to hear anything and said they can come back out but the last visit would not be credited in any way. The machine is still down and we were charged half of its value because this company wants YOU the customer to assume the risk for them getting into business. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

    Good morning,
    This customer contacted our company for ********************** on a machine they did not purchase from us.  We opened service call SV031795 on 9/13/2024 with a contracted technician. The tech was dispatched to the customer's location and troubleshoots with the machine's manufacturer (Formax) directly. Formax recommended a PCB Emitter (p/n 03-B0020) to resolve issue. Customer was promptly quoted on 9/26/24 after we received pricing & availability from Formax. Customer did not reply so we followed up with him on 10/16/24. Again, no response so the service call was closed and billed.
    The customer eventually replies a month later on 11/19/24 stating he wanted to touch base and revisit the topic with his supervisors. He asked if we would send the technician back onsite if they approved the quote. We let him know that the service call had already been closed.  At this point we had already paid the contracted technician. After 30 days of initial call, we require a new service call where a technician would be dispatched again to re-diagnose. We made an exception for customer per his request and had the part ordered for him without a re-diagnoses.
    A new service call was then opened under SV031795 to replace the part. A technician was sent out and replaced the emitter on 12/2/2024, however he finds that the machine is now showing additional issues and per Formax, additional parts are needed. We provide a quote to customer for a paper feed sensor and control PCP per manufacturer's direction. The customer does not respond until January 23rd, 2025, and stated he wont be going forward with the repair. The customer was aware of the fees we charge up front and signed the ** form approving those charges. He also approved the 2nd trip in writing. Due to his delay replying the outcome of the 2nd trip and the quote for additional parts, that service call was also closed and billed.

    I ordered a laminator because the price was better here than on Amazon. A few days later, when it said it was preparing for shipment, I got an email that it was discontinued. I wish I would have known or been notified sooner.
