    I hired ***** to detail my car for $200 for an auto show event. He worked with my husband and sold him an exterior shine upgrade for another $400. He came to our home and spent the entire day in my driveway. We were going to be late for an apt so my husband paid him as we were leaving. The car was in the garage with no inspection until the day of the car show. We have brand new seats and convertible top so nothing needed to be done on the apolstry. He said his shampooer was broken so he couldn't shampoo the carpets. It appears that he only did the exterior upgrade/shine coat and didn't do the cleaning/detail that I hired him to do. He didn't even clean the floor mats, glove box, middle console, door jams, carpet near the doors, trunk, or hood jam.. there's is visibly dirt on the flood boards...When you show your car, it's customary to open the hood. We couldn't do that as it was not when whipped down. He airsprayed some kind of cleaner on the dash and now there's a chemical overspray that somehow got inside the plexi glass. We'll have to remove the dash board to get to it. He wanted to be paid in cash as he made a comment that he's on disability I want my money back so I can hire someone to actually detail my car!
