- Your satisfaction is our priority. As detailing is a customized service, all sales are final once work is completed. If you’re not fully satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll schedule a free touch-up for any missed areas. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee. Before work begins, we conduct a vehicle walk-through to note its condition and set expectations. Some stains, odors, or damage may not be removable, and we are not responsible for pre-existing issues.
