This Business Sold Me a Policy From their Vender National Guardian Life that is at TWO East Gilman Street P.O. Box 1191 Madison, WI 53701 and I made a down payment of $610 and was to pay $33.50 per month until the entire $2110 and due to a mild case of covid-19 and being the subject of a drive by shooting I missed 2of my $33.50 payments and now National Guardian Life decided to cancel me however, only wants to refund me $203 of the $779 I paid them and this Oregon business that sold me the policy is not backing me up and both have given me the run around and the vender even provided a bogus phone number that put me through to an agency that said they would give me the correct number so long as I purchased their productBusiness response

Please note that per conversation with Vince from Oregon Cremation/Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Bells this complaint will be resolved within 3-5 business days of you updating any negative comments about said business and they will cut me a check for what I paid out so please take care of this in a quick and timely manner and feel free to email me here or call me at 503-477-4132

This complaint unlike what I was told has yet to be resolved and instead of 3-5 business days it has been over 2 weeks and I keep getting excuses as to why I have yet to see the refund that I was promised within 3-5 business days please reach out to the business prior to marking it as not yet resolved...they sure aren't listening to me and dodging me as much as possible!

My mother was interred at Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Chimes 28 years ago in an area then referred to as the Rosette Garden. My mother's memorial was placed in an area of the garden where she was surrounded by lush florals and shaded by trees. On Christmas day 2020 my son visited her grave site to find that her memorial plaque and urn were missing with only an indentation where it should have been and that numerous other plaques were also missing. In addition, he reported that the grounds appeared unkept and were littered with trash. On Friday July 2nd I traveled to the cemetary myself and was mortified to find the plaque missing and the grounds littered with beer cans and in disarray. I have since been in contact with the Chapel and toured the grounds with them and reviewed their files to confirm that my mother's plaque is indeed missing. They continue to claim an unawareness regarding the situation. They now say they are going to "probe" the grounds and will get back to me.Business response

Our staff is currently working with Ms. ***** ***** to resolve this matter. We did confirm that her mother's marker and urn is in the correct space. We will update this record once this is completely resolved.Customer response
