- Returns are accepted on unused, original packaged products, with tags still attached for 20 days from the date of purchase. Defective items can be returned with receipt for 30 days from the date of purchase. If an item can be repaired, arrangements will be made, at no cost to the customer. All returns shall be given as store credit, unless otherwise decided by the store owner.
