    Hired them back in May to spray for stink bugs. All bugs died within hours. Rehired them Sept 23 for same issue. Within 24 hours I contacted them to advise we still had quite a few bugs. I have taken pictures and contacted them several times, the treatment did not work at all.They only offer to come out and really and charge same amount .

    It is great that the customer had such good results from the initial treatmen performed in the past, unfortunately sometimes that unexpected result sets the bar high for future treatments. It is actually more typical that some continued activity still occurs. This expectation is always communicated to the customer both verbally and in writing on their service report. We offered the customer a discount on this initial visit even though she was outside of the discount period. We also honored a retreatment discount ($299) if needed. This customer understood all the expectations that were created and still wished to proceed with service. We spent a lot of time explaining to the customer multiple times the expectations during multiple phone calls and emails. Our box elder treatment gets rid of the majority of the infestation, but never guarantees 100% control.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Their treatment did not work at all. I understand it is not 100% but it was 1%
    The fact that they would not come out and look at the situation to see it didnt work is unprofessional. I believe they didnt use the right spray or amounts and this makes the customer feel like they need another treatment 30 days out to get me to spend more money.

    I was willing to hire them for future treatments and additional pest control.

    now my efforts will be concentrated on making sure no one ever gets scammed by them again.

    There are a lot of requests for recommendations for pest control companies and I will be the first one to share my experience and make sure they know this is a scam.

    i will never, ever do business with this company again and will make sure others are very aware
